SBDC director, Kelly Bearden discusses the $1.5 billion available for eligible small businesses through the California Relief Grant Program’s round five that open March 25. He also provides updates on the Paycheck Protection Program, the new Bakersfield ReStart Loan-to-Grant Program, extension of the Employee Retention Tax Credit and more. Kelly is joined by Morgan Clayton, CEO and president of Tel-Tec Security Systems, Inc.
