Key points for small business owners who want to sell or transition out of their company are among the topics of this week’s FREE webinar presented by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.    
 
“Webinar Wednesday” will be online Wednesday, Jan. 31 from noon to 1 p.m.   
 
Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Michael Balstad, certified exit planning advisor and founder of Harvest Transition Solutions, a firm that specializes in exit strategies for small business owners. Balstad will discuss important points for owners to keep in mind when they are ready to sell or to gradually transition out of their business.
