On this week’s free webinar, SBDC director Kelly Bearden will provide information on small business financing, available options for companies unable to get a loan, and alternative sources of funding such as fintech and hard money, micro and credit score based loans, and more. 
 
Economist Mark Evans, emeritus professor from CSUB will provide a federal budget update and review findings from a recent 2024 national survey of small businesses. 
 
Bearden will begin the webinar with requirements to apply for Employee Retention Credit amnesty as the March 22 deadline approaches, information on the Corporate Transparency Act,  and other local and regional issues impacting small businesses. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
