How small businesses can find, evaluate and make the most of artificial intelligence tools is among topics on this week’s free webinar presented by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Justin Powers, owner and founder of Kernville Cowork, a coworking space in the Kern River Valley that serves as a hub for small business startups. Powers will talk about the wide range of AI tools available for small business owners, how to find and evaluate them, and how businesses can use AI tools for business planning, marketing, customer service, and more.

With more than a decade of experience in web development, Powers worked with Salesforce, Inc., and several tech startups prior to launching Kernville Cowork in 2018.

The webinar will begin with Bearden providing updates on the Bakersfield Entrepreneurship Grant Program, availability of capital resources programs, and weather-related disaster assistance for businesses from local, state, and federal governments.

Questions from attendees will be taken.

This marks the 284th episode of the free weekly “Webinar Wednesday” business series that provides news and information helpful to employers and business owners.
