*WEBINAR WEDNESDAY: Importance of Young Workers Needed in the Marketplace

On this week’s free webinar, host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by economist Mark Evans, emeritus professor from CSUB. Dr. Evans will focus on the growing importance of young workers needed in the marketplace, strategies small businesses can use to recruit them, and public policies to increase the pool of capable young workers 16 to 22 years of age. 

Bearden will begin the webinar with a look at AI-related employment trends, key business updates, and available capital resources.  

Questions from attendees will be taken.
