In this week’s free webinar, Lorna Kibbey, national speaker, author, and owner of Lorna Kibbey Leadership Solutions will join host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden to discuss how to understand the difference in dynamics when a small business owner takes on the role of a leader compared to a manager. She will also provide tips on how differentiating the two roles can improve certain situations and interactions with employees and workplace performance. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken from webinar attendees.

Bearden will begin the webinar with updates on the economy, availability of capital resources programs, and weather-related disaster assistance for businesses from local, state, and federal governments.
