On this week’s free webinar, host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Michael Balstad, certified exit planning advisor and founder of Bizleavable LLC, a firm that specializes in exit strategies for small business owners. Balstad will discuss the elements of employee ownership of a business known as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), tax benefits for both employees and companies, and how an ESOP can be a way for owners to transition their business. 
 
Bearden will begin the webinar with a look at strategies to grow and expand existing businesses, and available capital resources. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
