WEBINAR WEDNESDAY: Blueprint for small business success

Changes impacting small businesses in the new year and a business model template for strategic planning are among topics of this week’s free webinar presented by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.  
 
Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will begin the webinar with a look at changes in the new year that will impact businesses, updates on the economy, and available capital resources. 
 
Bearden will be joined by small business development consultant Tom Weir to discuss details of the SBDC’s “Blueprint for Small Business Success,” a business model generation worksheet new and existing businesses can use for strategic planning, and creating or revising a business plan. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
