The new $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund and $10,000 Targeted EIDL Grants for low- income area businesses are among topics of this week’s two free webinars presented by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will review details of the new $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund [RRF], categories of food and beverage businesses eligible to apply - from bakeries to wineries – and the SBA’s recently released 16-page RRF application. Selected restaurants and businesses can receive up to $10 million in funds equal to their pandemic-related lost revenue.

Other topics will include updates on the 2021 Paycheck Protection Program, SBA Shuttered Venue Operators Grant Program, California Relief Grant, Targeted EIDL Advance, the Bakersfield ReStart Loan-to-Grant Program and more.

Questions from attendees will be taken.

This marks the 58th in the weekly “Webinar Wednesday” series that provides pandemic relief updates on available federal, state, and local funding options, tax credit programs, employee programs, and other opportunities helpful to employers and business owners.

The SBDC is open for free one-on-one consulting to help small business owners. New and existing businesses can click here to sign up for assistance.
