Small businesses can learn about the $25 million Kern Recovers small business forgivable loan program, plus the latest information on SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) loan forgiveness in a free webinar hosted by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield this week.

“Managing Your Small Business during the Pandemic Crisis” will be online Wednesday, June 3, from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

Kern County's chief operations officer, James Zervis will discuss the Kern Recovers program and take questions from online attendees.

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will cover anticipated PPP Loan Forgiveness rule changes and their effects, as well as the salary reduction issue on the calculation form.

This is the 12th in a weekly webinar series that provides updates on critical funding options such as disaster loans, federal and state stimulus packages, employee programs, plus opportunities and business suggestions.
