Gibsey and Josh Beckett are the proud proprietors of Thibido Winery, an esteemed establishment nestled in the scenic region of Paso Robles, California. Josh Beckett hails from the distinguished lineage of the Beckett family, renowned for establishing the esteemed Peachy Canyon Winery, a veritable pioneer in the realm of Paso's winemaking. Growing up in the midst of wine culture and viticulture, alongside his brother Jake, Josh embarked on a journey that led him away from Paso Robles to pursue higher education, harboring no intentions of returning.

However, fate had other plans in store. Both Josh and Jake not only found their way back to their roots but also played integral roles in the operations of Peachy Canyon. Furthermore, fueled by a shared passion for winemaking, they embarked on a new venture with the inception of Chronic Cellars, a distinctive label that left an indelible mark on the industry. It was during their time at the University of San Diego that Josh encountered Gibsey, his future wife and partner in their winemaking endeavors.

Presently, Gibsey and Josh find themselves at the helm of Thibido Winery, a unique undertaking that defies convention and traditional thinking within the wine industry. With their innovative online approach, they continue to push boundaries and challenge the preconceived notions held by the established institutions.
