On this week’s free webinar, SBDC director Kelly Bearden is joined by Celeste Young-Ramos, CEO of the Restaurant Success Center and a SBDC consultant on HR. Celeste provides elements of the new California Workplace Violence Prevention Plan put in place by Senate Bill 553 that requires many employers to create a WVPP by July 1. A link to the Cal/OSHA fillable form to create a plan is provided below.
