WEBINAR WEDNESDAY: CSUB Economist to Give Kern County Employment Outlook

On this week’s free webinar, host and SBDC director Kelly Bearden will be joined by Dr. Nyakundi Michieka, professor of economics and director for the Center for Economic Education and Research at CSU Bakersfield. Dr. Michieka will discuss labor market trends in Kern County including companies that are hiring, occupations with the highest current demand, and skills employers are seeking from job candidates.  

Bearden will begin the webinar with a look at available capital resources and key business updates.  

Questions from attendees will be taken.
