Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will provide updates on both the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund [RRF] and the $16 billion Shuttered Venue Operators Grant Program. Portals to both programs are now open and accepting applications. 

Additional topics include the $284.5 billion Paycheck Protection Program set to expire May 31, Employee Retention Tax Credit, changes to the EIDL program including the Supplemental Targeted Advance and more. 

Bearden will be joined by James Thomsen, lead SBDC consultant who specializes in business management, funding sources and international trade. Prior to the SBDC, Thomsen retired as president of Outdoor International at VF Corporation where he was responsible for acquisitions that included EastPak, Kipling, Vans, The North Face and others. 

Questions from attendees will be taken.

This marks the 60th in the weekly “Webinar Wednesday” series that provides pandemic relief updates on available federal, state, and local funding options, tax credit programs, employee programs, and other opportunities helpful to employers and business owners.
