Small businesses can learn about recent congressional changes to the SBA Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) and the effects on successfully managing their PPP loans and debt forgiveness in a free webinar hosted by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield held 6/17/2020.

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden provides updates on the disaster loan program along with new regulations and how they apply to the PPP loan conditions and forgiveness calculations. Special guest Melanie Cea, Lead Associate Consultant for the SBDC, discusses program resources for business continuity plans, plus resources for business owners on business or strategic planning.

This is the 14th in a weekly “Webinar Wednesday” series that provides pandemic relief updates on available federal, state and local funding options, tax credit programs, employee programs, and opportunities for employers and business owners.

The SBDC is open for free one-on-one consulting to help small business owners. New and existing businesses can sign up for assistance by clicking here.
